| iPhone 5 in current market |
Its is confirmed that Apple is going to begin the preliminary builds of the next iPhone in March for their preparation this June and July.
The iPhone is probably going to be named as iPhone 6 or iPhone 5S referring to the analyst.
2 Prototypes
Apple is now currently testing 2 new iPhone prototypes this week. One of the prototypes is the "iPhone 5S" and the other is likely to be a cheaper iPhone? - referring to note by Jefferies analyst Peter Misek.
Peter Misek also predicted the next iPhone will be 0.8 inches bigger than the iPhone 5 at 4.8 inches diagonally.
Misek elaborate more on the cheaper iPhone when its going to be a concentrated low-cost iPhone rather than a 'cheap' something that China can delivered. Cheap is like this :- polycarbonate case with 4in non-Retina display and no LTE.
Misek also stated that the demand for iPhone 5 will decreased as word of 'iPhone 5S' is already spreading like a virus. He thinks that Apple will sell 44 million iPhone in the March quarter, which he says is "still well above" which is also equal to Apple's shipment has fall way below 40 million.

Despite of all ruckus, Misek still remain optimistic as he still believes that the decrease in orders is unlikely to be linked to weak demand for the iPhone 5 but due to an assembly bottleneck that caused component inventories to rise in December quarter as well as the upcoming start of production of the next iPhone. He also said that he believes demand may be in line or "slightly below optimistic expectations" = DEMAND FOR IPHONE 5 IS DECREASED.
Misek guy here is already stated that iPhone 5 demands is decreasing but due to the facts that buyer tend to buy cheap iPhone 5S. So its more unlikely that iPhone 6 will be launch this mid year that is after iPhone 5S is on the market for profit maximizations.
